Welcome to the project website for the works at 33-39 Knightsbridge
You may be aware that in autumn 2007 planning consent from Westminster City Council was secured for the redevelopment of the buildings on the 33-39 Knightsbridge site, to provide a new finely designed building with residential and hotel uses related to The Berkeley Hotel.
A planning application seeking amendments to the existing consent for the site was permitted by Westminster City Council at planning committee in March 2018. This application sought to re-organise the internal layout and provide a more contextual design for the Knightsbridge elevation.
Upcoming activities
The excavation contactors, Keltbray, are currently working on site. The target is for the excavation to be complete by the end of March 2020, following which works to build the superstructure will commence.

Community Liaison Group (CLG) meetings are held regularly, which allow our neighbours to meet with representatives of The Berkeley Hotel and the contractors on site. Attendees can hear the latest updates on the ongoing works and ask questions of the project team.
